The Scania VRP model

Discover the Scania VRP, a 4x4 military supply vehicle designed for the French Special Forces. Replacing the VLRA, it transports fuel and ammunition over difficult terrain.

The Scania VRP (Vehicule de Ravitaillement dans la Profondeur) is a 4×4 military tactical truck developed for special forces.

Stemming from a need to replace the old VLRA / TRM 2000, the VRP was ordered via UGAP in 2024.

Designed for refueling and transporting fuel and ammunition in difficult terrain, it was developed in close collaboration with SIMMT and DGA, and is used by the 4th RHFS (helicopters)

The same chassis is also used as the basis for a Vampire platform incorporating the V3P system: armed with Mistral 3 and six missiles on board.
